The seller describes HorseFil as “a dietary supplement in gummy form” for male energy, libido and testosterone support. Each bottle holds 30 strawberry gummies, and the label says to take one a day with water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. It is a supplement, not a medicine, and the label carries the FDA notice that it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What we could check, and what we could not:
Several top search results for HorseFil are not independent reviews. A HorseFil release on Yahoo Finance (there are several) says at the top: “This is a paid press release.” The USA Today article with “4.9 star rating” in the headline sits in that site’s press-release section. These are paid announcements, not news reporting, and we could not find the source of the rating. The Yahoo release also describes “nine vitamins, minerals, and compounds” in the formula. The seller’s label lists none.
The Trustpilot pages that come up for HorseFil are attached to other domains, such as horsfil.shop (spelled without the “e”) and a subdomain of tophealthydiet.com, not horsefil.com. We could not verify who wrote those reviews, so we did not use them. We did not use YouTube videos either.
Amounts per gummy, from the Supplement Facts panel on the seller’s site. Each gummy also has 6 calories and 1.5 g of sugar.
| Ingredient | Per gummy | What the research says |
|---|---|---|
| Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) extract | 200 mg | A meta-analysis of 5 randomised trials found higher total testosterone, mostly in men with low testosterone. Trials used 100 to 200 mg of a standardised water extract; the label does not say which extract is used. Meta-analysis |
| Maca root (Lepidium meyenii) extract | 100 mg | A 12-week trial found more sexual desire with 1.5 to 3 g of maca a day, with no change in testosterone. 100 mg is a small fraction of that, and a review called the overall evidence limited. Systematic review |
| Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract | 100 mg | Limited evidence suggests it may raise testosterone over 2 to 4 months. Germany's risk assessment agency warns of liver injury reports and effects on thyroid and sex hormones; not for pregnancy. BfR |
| Horny goat weed (Epimedium sagittatum) extract | 100 mg | Controlled human trials of the herb are lacking. Its compound icariin was about 80 times weaker than sildenafil in lab tests. It may lower blood pressure and interact with blood pressure drugs, blood thinners and nitrates. Drugs.com |
| L-Arginine HCl | 50 mg | A meta-analysis of 10 trials found better erectile function in mild to moderate ED at 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day. 50 mg is 30 to 100 times less. J Sex Med |
| Beet root (Beta vulgaris) extract | 50 mg | Blood pressure effects in trials came from 321 to 2,790 mg of nitrate a day. The nitrate content here is not stated, and the whole extract weighs 50 mg. J Nutr |
| Grape seed (Vitis vinifera) extract | 50 mg | A meta-analysis of 15 trials at 100 to 2,000 mg a day found small changes in blood sugar and cholesterol. It is not a male-performance ingredient. Phytother Res |
Bottom line on the evidence: tongkat ali is the one ingredient given at a dose used in trials, and those trials found higher testosterone mostly in men whose levels were low. L-arginine, maca and beet root are far below studied amounts. We found no trial of the HorseFil gummy itself. Links open the source.

Several look-alike websites also call themselves “official”. Our link goes through the SmartAdv affiliate network to the official offer, so use the link on this page and check the final total before you enter card details.
Which site is official? The seller’s main site is horsefil.com, and its offer page sends orders to a BuyGoods checkout. Sites with similar names, such as horsfil.shop, are not linked from horsefil.com.
Amazon, eBay and other stores: horsefil.com does not list Amazon, eBay or any other store. Listings there, or on resale sites such as Tiendamia, are outside the official channel. The return policy we read is written for orders from the seller, so we would not count on the 60-day refund for a resale order. If you buy elsewhere, compare the label with the one shown in this review.
Powder or capsules? The seller sells HorseFil only as a strawberry gummy. Its site lists no powder, drink mix or capsule. Some resale listings offer a “Horsefil Powder for Men”. That product does not appear on the official site, so we cannot say who makes it or what is in it.

The 3- and 6-bottle orders also come with digital bonus guides, according to the seller.
See Current PricingOur link goes through the SmartAdv affiliate network to the official offer. The offer page says BuyGoods is the retailer, and the charge appears as BuyGoods on your statement. The label names the distributor as Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, +1 (507) 448-8190, contact@customercs.com. The links to the terms on the seller’s main site point to a site called Instituto Experience.
The offer page promises a “100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 60-Day Guarantee”: if you are not happy for any reason, “we’ll refund every penny, no questions asked”. The return policy linked from the offer page sets the steps:
The 60 days count from the order date, not from delivery, so shipping time comes out of them. If you take it for 90 days before deciding, the refund window has already closed. A practical plan: start the day the bottles arrive, and decide by about day 50 after your order, so you have time to email support and post the bottles. The offer page marks the 6-bottle package as the “best offer”, but a 6-month supply runs well past the refund window.
We have not bought or tested the product, and we could not find independent customer reviews that we could verify. The seller’s return policy mentions a “Priority + Insured Shipping” extra, so look out for add-ons.
Reasonable to consider if: you live in the US, you have no medical condition and take no regular medication, and you want to try tongkat ali in a daily gummy. Skip it if: you need treatment for erectile dysfunction, you take blood pressure drugs, blood thinners or nitrates, or you have liver or thyroid problems.
Each gummy contains 200 mg tongkat ali extract, 100 mg each of maca, ashwagandha and horny goat weed extracts, and 50 mg each of L-arginine HCl, beet root and grape seed extracts, plus 1.5 g of sugar. The label says to take one gummy a day.
We found no trial of the HorseFil gummy. Its tongkat ali dose matches trials that found higher testosterone, mostly in men with low levels, but most other ingredients are far below the amounts studied. Results are not guaranteed.
It is a real product sold through BuyGoods, with a distributor named on the label (Gex Corporation LLP, Ogden, Utah) and a written 60-day return policy. That does not prove it works. We found no study of the gummy and no independent customer reviews we could verify.
The seller gives no time frame for results. The label says one gummy a day. The guarantee counts 60 days from the order date, so decide by about day 50.
Not from the seller. The official site sells HorseFil only as a strawberry gummy, 30 per bottle, one a day. Some websites call it capsules, and some resale listings sell a “Horsefil Powder”, but neither appears on horsefil.com.
We found no safety study of the gummy. Horny goat weed may lower blood pressure and interact with blood pressure drugs, blood thinners and nitrates, and ashwagandha has been linked to liver injury reports. The label says it is not for people under 18. Ask a doctor first if you take medication or have a medical condition.
The return policy gives 60 days from the order date. Email contact@customercs.com with “Refund Request” in the subject, then send all the bottles, opened or not, with the packing slip to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412. You pay the return postage, and refunds take 5 to 10 days to process.

horsefil.com is the seller's main site, and its offer page sends orders to a BuyGoods checkout. The site does not list Amazon, eBay or any other store. A resale order is outside the official channel, so we would not count on the 60-day return policy covering it.
The offer link works for US visitors only, and the seller lists free US shipping. Visitors from other countries see an empty page, so we cannot confirm delivery there.
A HorseFil release on Yahoo Finance is marked as a paid press release, and the USA Today article with the 4.9-star headline is in that site's press-release section. The Trustpilot pages we found are for other domains, such as horsfil.shop, not horsefil.com. We could not verify those reviews, so we did not use them.
The 6-bottle package has the lowest price, $49 a bottle and $294 in total with free US shipping. A larger order only pays off if the product works for you, and the guarantee asks you to send back every bottle.
We did not find a subscription or auto-ship on the offer page or in the return policy we read, and the prices are shown as one-time totals. We could not reach the checkout from inside the US, so look at the final screen for any pre-ticked box before you pay, and check your card statement after the order.
You have 60 days. Email contact@customercs.com with “Refund Request” in the subject, then mail the bottles, opened or not, with the packing slip to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412. Postage is at your cost, so use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
HorseFil is a dietary supplement, and like every supplement it is sold without FDA pre-approval. The label carries the standard FDA statement, and the product is a daily gummy, not a drug.
The 6-bottle package has the lowest price at $49 a bottle with free US shipping, and every order is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. Check the final total on the official page before you pay.
